Mingo Springs Golf Course will be holding our 3rd annual Paul L. Chodosh, M.D, Memorial Tournament on Saturday, July 16, 2011 @ 9:30 AM, rain or shine.

We hope those of you who have participated in the past will join us again this year. We appreciate your support not only in joining the tournament but also in the sponsorship of one or more of each of the 18 holes. We’d like to see each hole have a sponsor. The funds we collect this year will be directed to and for the benefit of Rangeley’s Health and Wellness Partnership. These funds will help fund a new undertaking called the Rangeley Youth, Health & Fitness Program. The more money we can deliver, the larger the group that can be served regardless of their ability to pay. This could be a bonanza for the youth of our town to become more fit, more agile and healthy in each one’s choice of sport. We hope that young golfers will grow in numbers and talent side by side with all the other sports our young people are already engaged in.

Please consider sponsoring a hole and signing up to play golf with a foursome of your making. Tee sponsorships are set at $250. (Bronze); $500. (Silver); and $1000. (Gold). The format for this event is a 4-person scramble with a shot gun start at 9:30 AM on July 16th. The entry fee is $75. per person or $300. per foursome. The fee includes 18 holes of golf with a cart, lunch, a silent auction and awards. Prizes will be awarded in the following categories: Hole in One, Closest to the Pin, Longest Drive for Men and for Women, Low Gross, Handicap Net for each team. Items for the silent auction will be very welcome and deeply appreciated.
