Scramble (Men's, Women's and Mixed Teams)

Entry fee of $75 per person or $300 per foursome includes 18 holes, cart, cookout lunch and awards.

Net proceeds of this fundraiser will benefit the Paul L. Chodosh, M.D. Professorship in Otolaryngology and Head & Neck Surgery at the New York Eye & Ear Infirmary.
